Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing digital assets for our website, including banners, product imagery and promotional graphics.
  • Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, online advertising and other digital channels.
  • Improve user experience through thoughtful and cohesive design.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts and turn ideas into strong visual content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e commerce or online retail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience and Styling Associate to support our customers online and provide thoughtful, personalised guidance throughout their shopping journey.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email or online chat with styling advice, sizing guidance, product recommendations and general inquiries.
  • Deliver friendly, supportive and personal service aligned with the Anna & Dean London brand tone.
  • Help customers find the right fit by understanding their preferences and offering styling suggestions.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
